Katie Pearse started her first cleaning company in 2008. That company grossed $1.3M a year.
Nearly 20 years later, her companies serve clients across the USA and Canada, including the Yukon government in Dawson City, about 150 miles from the Arctic Circle.
In 2025 she moved to Houston. In 2026 she is launching a residential cleaning company there from scratch, using the same system she teaches.
Through Glisten Academy she teaches cleaners and cleaning business owners in the USA, Canada, the UK and Australia — a professional cleaning system used by over 6,000 companies worldwide.
