I have 15 years of experience as a professional PR strategist, marketing + communications specialist — and I built my own multi-million dollar, award-winning cleaning business doing my own marketing, web design and branding - and I can show you how to do it too!

As a regular contributor to ARCSI/ISSA, Jobber and Zenmaid events, I have also provided consulting to some of the biggest names in the cleaning industry, including social media sensation Sarah from Go Clean Co.

My insights, tips, lessons and opinions have been featured in glossy magazines, national newspapers, business podcasts and TV appearances. I also teach branding web design, social media marketing, blogging and email marketing classes to other entrepreneurs both as a consultant and as a business school instructor.

I work with people who want their own dazzlingly successful, upscale luxury cleaning business, by living “The Glisten Life”. Through my training programs, I am here to show you how to: I have 15+ years of experience as a professional PR strategist, marketing + communications specialist — and I’ve built my own multi-million dollar, award-winning cleaning business doing my own marketing, web design and branding. 

When I'm not working, you can find me juggling work with our new baby, born on Christmas Eve 2020. I also divide my time between San Diego and the Toronto area, after living most of my life in Edmonton, Alberta. I love swimming (former synchro swimmer), reading British novels, and cuddling my Yorkies, Winnie and Chester.

Katie Pearse is a digital marketing expert who has sold over $10 million USD online, most of it with her award-winning, eco-chic house cleaning business she founded in 2008. Since retiring from the biz in 2014, she has been a full-time marketing instructor and business consultant. Winner of two Edmonton Journal Reader’s Choice Awards, four Best of Edmonton Awards and as a finalist for the YWCA Woman of Distinction Award, among other honours, Katie built her own multimillion-dollar cleaning business using online marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, a diploma in Public Relations, and a post-graduate certificate in Web Analytics and Business Intelligence from the University of California. Originally from Toronto, she now lives and works in Toronto and San Diego, California.
