What time are the calls?
7 PM Mountain Standard Time / 9 PM Eastern Standard Time
6 PM Pacific / 8 PM Central / 10 PM Atlantic. Double check your time zone.

We meet on the calls every 4 weeks.

What if I can't make the call?
Don't worry! You can email or text me your questions up to and even during the call and I will answer it live. You can dial in at anytime and leave anytime - it's completely flexible.

I'm shy! What if I don't want to ask anything?
I can't tell you how many calls I have been on where I've only listened, never talked. There is NO pressure to talk or join in. If you have a question - great, ask away! If you'd rather email me your questions, please do that here. Or just listen - you'll learn a ton.

Will the call be recorded?
Absolutely, and I will send the link out the following day to the recording for you to listen to at your leisure.

What will you discuss on the calls?
I will take questions, read questions that have been submitted, and answer them all. If you don't have a question, you can just listen.

What if I just don't really like someone in the industry? I don't want to be in a group with them!
Hey I get it. Just let me know if you have an issue with someone and I will make sure you aren't in the squad together. Our little secret. I want you to feel completely comfortable.

What if I give it a try and it's just not for me at this time?

When are the retreats scheduled for?
May or June in Banff, Alberta, Canada

If I am American, can I come to the retreat in Banff?
Yes! And if you're Canadian, you can definitely attend the San Diego retreat.

Can I attend both retreats?

Do you have any more details about the retreat?
I am working on finalizing the details now, but promise both will be absolutely incredible. I will teach and train, you can ask me anything, there will be activities, icy cocktails, delicious food, hikes, swimming, beaches, prizes...
